2002 - Holbrook - Question 4Shall the Town of Holbrook be allowed to exempt from the provisions of proposition two and one half, so called, the amounts required to pay for the bonds to be issued in order to acquire for public safety purposes including without limiting the foregoing for the Police and Fire departments a certain parcel of land located on the westerly side of South Franklin Street purported to be owned by the Bertie J. Blanchard Trust, and more particularly described on a plan of land entitled "Plan of Taking - South Franklin Street, Holbrook, MA dated 9-7-2001" prepared by Yunits Engineering Co. and to finance the construction of a building or buildings for the purposes of public safety buildings including without limiting the foregoing a Police and Fire department facility and the hiring of engineers, contractors and professional consultants for the design and construction thereof?"
