2014 - Orleans - Question 7Shall the Town of Orleans be allowed to exempt from the provisions of proposition two and one-half, so-called, the amounts required to pay for the bonds issued in order to pay costs of constructing streetscape enhancements to the Main Street Intersection with Route 6A and with Route 28 not being funded under the MassDOT project, including the payment of all costs incidental and related thereto?
