1986 - Holbrook - Question 11Shall the Town of Holbrook, MA be allowed to exempt from the provisions of proposition two and one half, so called, the amounts required to pay for the bond issued in order to fund the design, construction, engineering, permits, acquisition of rights of way, land taking, legal costs and all incidental action associated with the extension of the town's sewerage system, consisting of interceptors, lateral sewers, service connections and other necessary works in the Town of Holbrook as is substantially shown as Phase 1 and areas contiguous to Phase 1 in the Facilities Planning Study Report dated November, 1985?
