and one-half, so-called, the amounts required to pay for the bonds and notes issued in order to construct a Senior Center as voted July 29, 2002, Article 1; to upgrade the Barre Water System as voted June 12, 2006, Article 13; for Phase 1B of the Wastewater Treatment Facility upgrades as voted June 9, 2003, Article 20; to supplement the amount previously voted upon to upgrade the Wastewater Treatment Facility Phase 1B as voted November 21, 2005, Article 2; for the upgrade of the Wastewater Treatment Facility Phase 1 as voted June 11, 2001 Article 29 and June 17, 2002 Article 22, and as amended July 26, 2004 on Article 3; for the purpose of constructing a municipal sewer collection system (Worcester Road) as voted June 14, 1999 Article 25 and to supplement the amount previously voted for the construction of the municipal sewer system on Worcester Road, Town Farm Road, Debra Lane and Fruitland Road as voted November 13, 2000 Article 7?
