2014 - Hardwick - Question 5Shall the Town of Hardwick be allowed to exempt from the provisions of proposition two and one-half, so-called, the amounts required to pay for the bonds issued in order to pay the costs of the (i) Gilbertville Water Pollution Control Facility Upgrade Project, including but not limited to the costs of treatment facility improvements, chemical system upgrades, control building renovations, construction of an operations building, electrical facilities improvements, and the payment of all costs incidental and related thereto, and (ii) the construction of a Wastewater Pollution Control Facility in the Wheelwright Village District of the Town, consisting of a new treatment facility, a submersible pump station, two concrete sequencing batch reactor tanks, a concrete sludge holding tank, a block building, a post equalization disinfection tank, decommissioning and demolition of the former plant engineering costs?
