2022 - Oak Bluffs - Question 5Shall the Town of Oak Bluffs be allowed to exempt from the provisions of proposition two and one-half, so-called, the amounts required to pay for any debt or bond issued in order to fund and pay costs to design and upgrade the existing wastewater treatment facility and to add additional sewer system capacity intended to accommodate needs identified in the wastewater planning process, and all other costs incidental and related thereto.
